“My books piled up before me for my use waiting in space where I placed them, they haven’t disappeared, time’s left its remnants and qualities for me to use...” Allen Ginsberg. The Hotel Emblem in San Francisco, a Viceroy Hotel collection, was inspired by the Beat Generation, one of the most iconic and celebrated literacy movement in 50’s that promoted freedom of speech, thinking and living boldly, and defying the status quo. We live in testing times that really made us dig deep into the concept and to reflect unyielding and fearless spirit of our community in design.
